Wrocław
Overall impression

An excellent city with a unique atmosphere. One of the Polish cities worthy of living in.
Seaside: the Baltic Sea (Poland, Germany). 8 hours by train or 7 by bus.

Generally speaking, everything is good. However, there are some russophobic people. They are extremely proud of their history and believe that their view on it is always right.
Proximity to the sea: there is a reservoir which is very dirty; close to it there's a water park. The nearest sea is situated in Gdansk, though it may be cheaper to go to Warsaw and take a plane to the Mediterranean.

Not bad.
Few people speak English, so the total mark is only 6.
Proximity to the sea: 2 hours by train to Gdansk.
